1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl mix well..
2. Have the 3 inch veg oil hot near to boiling test by dropping a bit of the mix if it bubbles straight away it's ready. Using a2 spoons scoop up a tbls of the mix and carefully drop I to the hot oil slide it off with the other Spoon. Give the pan a shake to get the oil all over..
3. After 1minute or when browned turn them over in the oil..
4. Next using a slotted spoon take each one out and add to kitchen paper to soak up some of the excess oil..
5. Serve hot with a dip of your choice..
